The Kenmore 44722 is a stackable top load washing machine with a 2.1 cu/ ft capacity. It is the ideal size for compact laundry rooms or apartments with limited space. In addition, it is one of the quietest of washing machines on the market thanks to its unique sound insulation.

In addition, it is an economical machine to buy and to operate. For its lower price, however, you forgo some of the features and presets of more expensive models. However, it has for wash presets which are adequate for most purposes. The presents are Permanent Press, Delicates, Hand Wash, and Cotton. There is also a Heavy Duty setting.

The Kenmore 44722 washing machine has 3 spin speeds and 3 temperature levels. There is also a bleach dispenser. It is operated with dial controls which are efficiently laid out and easy to use.

This washing machine has a stainless steel tub which is easy to clean will give extra years of service.

The Kenmore 44722 is only available in white. In terms of energy efficiency, the 44722 is rated at an economical 384 kWHrs for Annual Energy Consumption. It has a one year Parts and Labor warranty.

In Use

Everything about the Kenmore 44722 is easy - it is easy to set up, easy to operate, and easy to clean. It washes clothes efficiently and in operation it is very quiet. Although missing some of the presets of more expensive machines, the four presets are adequate for most people. Of the only other slightly negative comments about this machine is that the spin cycle cannot be accessed directly.
